A Personal Experience
The seed for Graceful Transitions was planted when both women personally helped their own parents downsize and relocate. They saw firsthand the overwhelming logistics and deep emotional toll of sorting decades of belongings, making tough keep-or-toss choices, coordinating moves, and adjusting to new living situations—whether a smaller home, retirement community, or assisted living facility. This shared experience inspired them to create a service that truly eases such transitions for seniors and their families.

Determined to provide expert help, Anna and Ammie completed specialized training, obtained their Real Estate licenses, and earned the prestigious SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) designation.
